3. The Growth Grant Award
The selected recipient will receive 12 consecutive months of The Sellars Company's Foundation government contracting support, currently valued at $650 per month, for a total estimated value of $7,800.

Support may include, as applicable to the selected business:

Government contracting readiness and positioning
Opportunity sourcing and solicitation review
Proposal development and submission support within the scope of the Foundation service level
Government contracting guidance and ongoing account management
Assistance identifying appropriate registrations, certifications, contracting vehicles, subcontracting opportunities, or other pathways relevant to the recipient's business
Monthly progress updates
The award is limited to the services included within the applicable Foundation service scope. Services outside that scope, third-party costs, government filing fees, certification fees, registration fees, bonding, insurance, licensing, legal services, accounting services, and other outside expenses are not included unless The Sellars Company expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

The award has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold.

4. Application Period
Applications must be submitted through the official Growth Grant application by November 20, 2026.

Late, incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible applications may be excluded from consideration.

There is no fee or purchase required to apply.

5. Selection
The recipient will be selected by The Sellars Company based on an overall review of the application.

Factors considered may include the applicant's:

Business viability and government-market potential
Need for government contracting support
Goals for the next 12 months
Current barriers to pursuing government opportunities
Readiness and ability to participate in the program
Potential impact of receiving 12 months of support
No single factor guarantees selection.

The Growth Grant is not awarded based on race, color, sex, religion, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.

The Sellars Company's selection decision will be final.

6. Recipient Requirements
The selected recipient must respond to The Sellars Company's award notification within the timeframe provided and complete any onboarding documents reasonably required to begin services.

Throughout the 12-month award period, the recipient is expected to communicate with The Sellars Company, provide reasonably requested business information and documentation, meet applicable deadlines, and participate in the work necessary for The Sellars Company to provide services effectively.

Failure to participate, repeated failure to provide required information, material misrepresentation in the application, misuse of the program, or other circumstances that make continued performance impracticable may result in termination of the remaining services.

Unused services have no cash value and will not be paid to the recipient.

7. Additional Service Scholarships
Applicants who are not selected for the full Growth Grant may be considered for partial scholarships toward 12 months of The Sellars Company's government contracting services.

A partial scholarship is separate from the Growth Grant and may require the recipient to pay a reduced monthly service fee.

Applicants are not required to accept a scholarship if offered. Declining a scholarship will not result in any charge or obligation.

The number, value, and availability of partial scholarships may vary and are determined by The Sellars Company.

8. No Guarantee of Government Contracts
Receiving the Growth Grant or a partial scholarship does not guarantee that a business will receive a government contract, subcontract, certification, award, solicitation opportunity, or any particular financial result.

Government contracting outcomes depend on numerous factors outside The Sellars Company's control, including eligibility requirements, competition, agency needs, procurement decisions, pricing, business qualifications, and market conditions.

The Sellars Company provides government contracting advisory and support services but does not control government purchasing or award decisions.

9. Applicant Information
Information submitted through the application will be used to administer and evaluate the Growth Grant and related scholarship opportunities.

By requesting consideration for a partial scholarship, an applicant authorizes The Sellars Company to contact the applicant regarding a potential scholarship or related service opportunity.

Submitting an application does not require an applicant to purchase services from The Sellars Company.

10. General Conditions
The Sellars Company reserves the right to verify application information, reject applications containing materially false or misleading information, and modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Growth Grant if circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially affect the administration of the program.

Any material changes to the application deadline, award, or program will be posted on the official Growth Grant webpage when reasonably practicable.

The Sellars Company may interpret and administer these Official Rules in a reasonable manner consistent with the purpose of the Growth Grant and applicable law.

11. Acceptance of Official Rules
By submitting an application, the applicant acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Official Rules and understand that submission of an application does not guarantee selection for the Growth Grant or a partial scholarship.
